I changed the instant ink cartridges out and now i don't know how to restart my instant ink

HP Envy 5000

I ran out of ink with my Instant Ink cartridges and because i needed to print some stuff off I replaced them with just regular cartridges. Now when i go onto the Instant Ink page it says that I need to install an instant ink cartridge for the program to know when I need more ink. But I threw away the empty instant ink cartridge. Now it just says i need to install an instant ink cartridge for them to send me it but i have no way to get a instant ink cartridge as the program will not send me any.
