I did not use any ink last month, do I get a credit?
I do not print very much, and am on the basic Instant Ink plan.
Last month I did not print anything. Do I get a credit for the unused pages?

Hi @LaFargeotte,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are looking for help with your instant ink account.
Unfortunately, the instant ink service is based on the page plan you have selected and will be charged every month for the service regardless if the printer was used or it was not used.
However, If you do not use all your plan pages in a month, the unused pages will be kept in your account as rollover pages. You can continue to roll over up to three times the number of pages in your monthly plan (for example, you can roll over up to 150 pages if you are enrolled in a 50 page plan).
Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a great day ahead!
