- I didn't use all my plan pages but they didn't rollover?

I upgraded my Instant Ink plan to 300 pages/month in early April 2024. I used less than 300 pages in April, and also in May, but my rollover balance is still zero? This is wrong. Why aren't my unused plan pages moved to my rollover balance?

What is your Instant Ink account number or email address that you use to log in to your account?
Also, verify your shipping address, printer serial number, and contact phone number for further assistance.
