Product: HP OfficeJet 8015e All-in-One Printer

HELP, someone please! I need to update my payment information for my instaink account so they will release it from being held hostage. I need to have the use of my printer without sending hours and hours with tech support on the phone. 
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Does anyone know where I or how I can update my payment information so that HP will stop holding my printer hostage? I NEED MY PRINTER TO FUNCTION…and I don’t know where to go online to update my payment information.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, more than you know. 🤷🏼‍♀️

General help on instant ink management

I do not have an instant ink printer. My understanding is that if you run out of ink you can use genuine Hewlett Packard cartridges either original or refilled. They must have an HP chip in the cartridge.
