I don’t need the next instant ink cartridges. I have plenty. How do I stop it?

I don’t need the next instant ink cartridges. I have plenty. How do I stop it?  I bought extra cartridges when I bought the printer.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Instant ink cartridges will be delivered to you only when the instant ink cartridges installed in your printer is low on ink.

If you are using non-instant ink cartridges, HP Instant ink servers cannot monitor the ink levels and hence will not send you the ink cartridges.

 

If you would like to cancel the enrollment, refer to this document.
