I have called and called to no avail.  I now have 24 cartridges in house.  I have called them multiple times to see if they can slow down the shipments and instead they keep  expediting shipments to me for  more ink!  I am so annoyed I could just spit.  No one in customer service speaks English and they keep explaining how they are monitoring my usage and that's why they keep sending me more ink.  I probably won't use all this ink for 5 years.  They've also said that the cartridges won't work in anyone else's printer so I can't even give them away.  They told me that I can send them back to be recycled, but they are brand new.  Can you tell how annoyed I am?  Supposedly, they are sending me a survey, but it's probably going to be just multiple choice. I thought there was a law that they had to give me c/s in USA.  Good printer, terrible service!

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

Good Heavens, my mother would say.

OK - contacting HP Instant Ink Support  again might not help, after all.

Unfortunately, the truth is that there is likely naught to be done about the multitudes of extra cartridges already received.

There is no process for HP to accept the return and then redistribute.

HP is a big company -- With a process for nearly everything, why not this ?

Rats.

I've sent off a request that someone take a look.

Maybe it can be sorted before you are buried in piles of ink cartridge boxes.

Good Luck.

Thanks so much for responding.  Because I have the ink plan, i don't believe I'm being charged for the cartridges, but I don't have a lot of space where I live, so I have no room for all these cartridges.  However, in seeing other posts where people receive either the wrong cartridges or cartridges that don't work, I guess I could be worse off!!!  And I've called them at least 10 times, so I won't be calling them again.

Thanks for your help.  I think I'm calmer now.  I've spent my whole life in customer service, and I have never seen such poor treatment of the clientele.

Thanks so much for your help! I did receive a call from a supervisor yesterday, but since I wasn't home they closed the case.  I called them again, and they took a message that I still need assistance.  I am waiting for a callback.
