I have a cartridge problem message on my printer, remove the cartridge and reinstall make sure it is correctly installed which I have done many times today, I have reset my printer, cleaned the cartridge nothing makes any difference. The cartridge has had little use, now after exhausting the repair advice options, advise is I need to replace the cartridge, but what if this message shows with another new cartridge?. Can anyone advise me of a way forward?. Can I contact HP to get another working cartridge if so how?.
