Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I keep getting the 'remove and reinstall cartridge....' and followed the instructions given, and it then printed one page after which I get the same message, so after each print job is printed I have to remove and reinstall the cartridges. This is really frustrating, and must I purchase new cartridges?
