I have an officejet Pro 8710 that has the error code to go to hpinstantink for help-----it is no help other than to say that my printer is not connected to the interent.  I used a direct USB to connect printer to my laptop that is connected to the internet and I have turned off and turned my laptop back on and it still is saying the same thing.  It printeed fine until I let my ink subscription overlap because i had to change my cc an now  I am having tons of issues getting my printer to work again
