HP LaserJet, I can usually print fine (sometimes I do have to restart the printer) but the HP Smart site states my printer isn't connected. My concern is that it's not tracking my usage, so the Instant Ink won't ship when I need it.

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
