i have a free ink trial but my pin is saying it can't be used

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand that you are unable to enter a pin, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Could you share the screen where it's asking for the pin? 
  • When was the last time it worked fine?
