I have a ho photosmart plus b210. This coad is on it.The printhead installed is not intended for the

I have a code come uo its says the printhead installedis not intended for usein the printer or is damaged not sure what it means or what im spouse to do also says refer to a printer. Doc.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Reset the printer to try and recover from printer failures.

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

  2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.

  3. Wait 60 seconds.

  4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

    NOTE: 

    HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
