I have an instant ink plan and have not been sent black ink so I am unable to print.

I have an instant ink plan and need new black ink. It says I should check around the house for a cartridge but I do not have another black cartridge and need to be sent a new one. I have been unable to print for weeks now. Really unhappy with the service when I pay for my instant ink plan monthly.

Do not continue to wait and be unhappy -- if the service is unaware you need ink, it won't be sent.

What?  Ink is sent when the printer notifies the service that ink is needed.

If you have not done so, Contact Instant Ink Support and ask for help.
