I have just noticed a change on my account that I created recently, I was under the impression by my printer I was signing up to 6 month free service, and have been changed £1- what’s going on.
I have been fairly stressed recently, and this is just another nuisance, I was thinking about buying the subscription at the end of the 6 months, but after this I am just so stressed and tried. - it seems like
such a task to get help - I mean I don’t have a board option to say - payment instead I have had to put one of the defaults which doesn’t highlight me issue
please can someone help me with this situation, I don’t believe I should have been charged as it was a free subscription for 6 months, if not then it’s false advertising.
thank you, and take care - sorry if I seem a little blunt I am just so tried that this situation has made me slightly annoyed
