I have been charged twice, not even a day apart from subscribing to instant ink. This is really upsetting due to my circumstances even though it’s $5. I can’t get any help from the virtual assistant. I also am having a hard time finding how to get help from a real person. I need to speak with a real person because of my hearing disability.
