HP OfficeJet 5740 e-All-in-One Printer

I have been paying for the HP for ink monthly $5.29 for more than 3 years. I am waiting for more than 6 months to get a new cartridge for my printer or replacement ink I can’t print anything, and the HP only taking money that is only what they looking for I paid till 02/11/2022 and canceled the March payment on March I am trying to reach the HP costumer Support to know why I am not getting the ink. I was getting ink replacement once a year when I was paying them $63.48 a year.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.  But...  if you cancelled your payment your account would be suspended (at best) and even if you had new Instant Ink cartridges they would likely be locked out of your printer since Instant Ink cartridges require an active subscription to enable printing.  I would suggest you contact the Instant Ink support team to straighten things out.

The time to do this was likely six months ago.
