Hi @cwenglish,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're experiencing an issue with the page count on your HP Instant Ink plan. Here's what you can do to address this.

Check Your Print History:

  • Log into your HP Instant Ink account.
  • Review your print history to see a breakdown of the pages that were counted. This may help identify if there were any mistakes in the tally.

Printer Firmware Update:

  • Ensure that your printer's firmware is up-to-date. Sometimes, outdated firmware can cause incorrect reporting.

Restart the Printer:

  • Power off your printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on. This can reset any software glitches.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
