It sounds like you're experiencing an issue with the page count on your HP Instant Ink plan. Here's what you can do to address this.
Check Your Print History:
- Log into your HP Instant Ink account.
- Review your print history to see a breakdown of the pages that were counted. This may help identify if there were any mistakes in the tally.
Printer Firmware Update:
- Ensure that your printer's firmware is up-to-date. Sometimes, outdated firmware can cause incorrect reporting.
Restart the Printer:
- Power off your printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on. This can reset any software glitches.
