When will I receive any cartridges.  I have been paying for over a year and yet nothing has been received.  When can I expect to receive anything?  Am I paying for nothing?

If you've been paying for over a year without receiving any cartridges under your subscription plan, there could be several reasons for the delay. Here are some steps you can take to address the issue:

Check Subscription Status and Track Shipments:

  • Go to the HP MyAccount website.
  • Click “Sign In” and enter your account credentials.
  • Click on Overview in the HP All-In Plan menu and check for any shipment status or alerts.

Ensure Printer Setup is Complete:

  • Ensure that your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e printer is set up with the required HP Smart app and is connected to the internet consistently. Automatic ink delivery service sends supplies based on your printing volume.
  • Follow any setup instructions given in the manual or Quick Start Guide.

Track Shipments Manually:

  • Once signed in to MyAccount, click on HP All-In Print Plan and then Track shipments to find recent ink shipments and tracking information.
