I have bought a new HP desk jet 3750 printer. Free trial period of instant ink is not applied

I have bought a new HP desk jet 3750 printer. It came with 2 months of the free trial period of instant ink. However, when I enrolled for instant ink, the free trial period was not applied to me.  Please let me know how to subscribe for the  2 months free instant ink

Did you receive a coupon with the printer or is it mentioned on the printer box that you will be getting 2 free months of ink?

Kindly send us a picture of the 2 free months offer you have to assist you better.
