I have had an Instant Ink subscription for the past year. You charge me almost 20.00 per month but I have not received any ink. This is outrageous! I have been trying for more than 2 hours to speak to someone in the US in order to file a complaint but virtually every number listed for your company is routed to the Philippines . I am a 100% disabled Vietnam Veteran with a sever hearing disability and I simply cannot understand people with prominent accents. I have asked repeatedly to be transferred to the US but have been told that this is not an option. I have tried to cancel my subscription but they say that's not an option either., Really? I can promise you that I will never, never purchase another HP product and I will contact my attorney. I know there is a class Action suite against your co. and the Instant Ink program. This could all be resolved with a simple phone call from someone in the US who cares about a very pissed customer!
