Hello! I'm enrolled in instant ink but ran out of ink. I bought a replacement HP ink cartridge through Amazon but now my printer won't print because it's not through instant ink. I need my printer to print asap because this is for school. I hope someone can help me get around this problem and let my printer print with the cartridge I have installed.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I understand that you are experiencing difficulties in using the new cartridges you bought. I'd like to help!

 

And here's what you need to know & do:

 

If you have an instant ink cartridge on your printer, remove it and discard that, you can only use regular cartridges on your printer once you cancel the program.

 

That said, if you have trouble using regular cartridges, I recommend you turn off the web service using the steps from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04808536

 

when done successfully, check if it works fine.
