My officejet 3835 printer is suddenly saying the cartridges are not compatible and won't print. The cartridges are sent to me straight from HP via instant ink and have always worked previously. The printer drivers are up to date. I have removed the colour ink cartridge as that seems to be causing the problem so I can now print in black only using the black cartridge only in the printer.... but that's better than nothing. Don't know what else to do? Can anyone help please?
