I bought this envy 7800 from a home spoppong tv channel. They said nothing about free ink offer needing internet access. I have no internet, dont want it, but want to get my free ink that lm promised........help...

I understand you need information regarding your HP ENVY Photo 7800 All-in-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To answer your question: The free ink is for Instant Ink Subscribers where you get a few months of free ink depending on the offer. 

 

HP Instant Ink requires an internet connection for your printer. In order for us to send you ink when you're running low, we need a Wi-fi® connection to monitor your ink levels.
