I have not received fresh ink for a long time.

Can you please send me more ink as I will soon be running out.  There have been problems with the computer and the printer, so it may not have been obvious that I was in need.  I pay my regular subscriptions, so new ink has been paid for.

I understand you have not yet received the ink cartridges from HP. Make sure the printer is connected to the Internet for the Instant Ink servers to monitor the ink levels.

 

As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
