Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?

If I could have private messaged in the first place I would have but finding how/where to do that is impossible on the website.

I threw the box away many months ago.  I received one box of ink and was supposed to get it every month x 6. when I tried corresponding w/ the "agent" regarding the issue, they acknowledged I had received one.  You should be able to find my info w/ my email address.  Thank you for helping me get the other 5 boxes!

HP Monitor your printer according to number of pages printed based on your HP Instant Ink planned that you had chosen when you register. Hp knows when the ink is low, they will send you the ink cartridge. Please login to HP Smart to see how much ink remained and how many pages were printed.

My sincere understanding  was 6 months free THEN get a plan in place for ongoing ink w a subscription. My printer does not have stickers on it w that offer nor does the pamphlets I saved so I have no proof other than I was told by the salesman and it was on the box I believe. Very disappointed if this was truly misleading i do. Very tempted to return to Costco

we are on the same program. the printer says its out of ink. we can find any here in kcmo or only remaned cartridge.

we use this for business and this is not helping. wheres our ink. heck, where is ink for a 78 series printer?  im tired of these supply issues, excuses.  i ll just hand write and send pics like the old daze.
