I have received an email ‘Action needed: printer connection lost.

HP Recommended
HP deskjet 2724 all in one printer

My printer is working well and is connected to the internet.  I received my ink cartridges not long after I enrolled to instant ink but have not used them yet.  Why did I get an email stating that my printer has not communicated with Hp since !  The printer is never switched off and show connected to the internet and is printing normally
