Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you would like to cancel the HP SmartFriend services. You may visit the HP SmartFriend home page and click on 'Manage my services' to make changes.

 

Alternatively, reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region or you may dial the direct number for HP SmartFriend services if you are aware of it to cancel the services.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
