Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Are you trying to enroll the printer in Instant Ink?

 

You will need to print a report to enroll the printer in Instant Ink for which ink cartridges are necessary as this model printer does not have a touch screen.

 

For more info, refer to this document to know how to enroll in Instant Ink.
