I don't expect this to be resolved as the support will just say "Pay Instant Ink". Complete garbage and a waste of money. Maybe if you're printing novels or books, but for an average person to pay monthly for only using something maybe once or twice a month, scam. Note to self: Don't buy any more HP garbage. I cannot print now unless I sign up for their service - or essentially pay them "they say I owe but I never used" - or just buy a different printer.
