I have two ongoing issues that have lasted over a year. The first one years I had an old printer. I got a new one and I didn’t originally cancel the instant ink. I finally spoke to them three months after that because I saw I was getting billed they signed me up with the new printer, but would not refund any of the funds for the old printer, I am still getting billed for the old printer and presently the instant ink won’t work on my new printer and I’m still getting billed
