I have signed up for a paid plan for instant ink but my 5 months of free trial has not been applied to my account.
I have read that 15 page free tier does not qualify but I wasn't presented with a free tier option during signup through HP Smart App.
I signed up to 15 pages plan for £0.99/month so I should be getting my free trial as advertised on my printer. What should I do?

Called the HP Support number, they have sent me an email to reply with the photo of a 5 Months Trial sticker on my printer or packaging. Within 15 minutes Free Trial months have been applied to my account...
