So I got this printer a few years ago and like I don't know I have not received any ink cartridges. I've been out of black ink for like months and still haven't gotten anything!

@DiegoA1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet for the Instant Ink servers to monitor the ink levels and ship the replacement ink cartridges when required.

 

As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.

 

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.
