I purchased a new printer and registered it with instant ink on Feb 17. The tracking says it was supposed to be here by Feb 22. It also says it's delayed. I called instant ink yesterday. The agent was friendly but not helpful. She gave me no new information except to say that shipments take  up to 16 days. There is nothing instant about this service. It's terrible. It sounded too good rto be true.So very disappointing.

I'm sorry to hear about the inconvenience you're experiencing with your ink delivery from Instant Ink. It can indeed be frustrating when a service doesn't meet your expectations, especially when it's supposed to make things more convenient.
