I installed two new cartridges (properly) and am still getting an error message for me to reinstall

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed two new cartridges in my printer and it keeps giving me a message I need to reinstall  - I did and it keeps giving me the same message and won't print.  Product # b9s83a hp officejet 5741 e all in one printer.  I have had issues with this printer before

Which of the ink cartridges is indicated in the error?

Install one ink cartridge at a time to identify the defective ink cartridge.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge.
