I just installed new never used hp printer cartridges in my office jet pro 6978 and the printer is telling me that my 902 xl cartridges will not work in my printer. My previous post I said 702 they are actually 902 xl cartridges - the message from the printer is still that the cartridges are not for the 6978 OJP but an older model - since when?
