I keep getting an enrollment error

I keep getting "There was a problem finalizing your subscription.", is there ANY way to bypass this without having to call? due to the pandemic, the wait times are long and I'd much rather fix it myself if I can

Kindly refer to this document to know how to enroll the printer in Instant Ink.

 

If you are having trouble, I'd suggest you contact the HP Instant Ink team in your region regarding the Instant Ink enrollment.
