I keep on getting the same error message from the printer to take the cartridges out and re install.

HP Recommended
HP Envy 5546
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Like others, I keep on getting the same error message from the printer to take the cartridges out and re install.

 

i have done this several times and have had a look on the forum and tried the different troubleshoot methods.

 

Nothing seems to work, please can someone from the HP workforce help me with this error as I cannot print and it says on my account that no cartridges will

be sent out till the error goes away.

 

This seems to be a common fault with this HP printer
