HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

The last color cartridge I received in my Instant Ink subscription was May 2021. It's been almost 2 years since I've been able to print in color. The printer fusses over non-subscription cartridges. I would like a replacement color cartridge and am willing to pay extra for it. My printer is the HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One-Printer. I am astonished at how long it has lasted! The HP Virtual Assistant was absolutely useless for my particular problem. How can I request a replacement cartridge for the one I irresponsibly lost?
