I'm getting a paper jam error + ink error. I've checked both and there is no paper jam/ink error ??

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

If you have any other ink cartridges, do try those and check if you still get the ink error. Also, is the Printer on the HP Instant Program?

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
