Hi, I'm having an error with my printer cartridge and it says that there won't be another shipment of ink until it's resolved - but I've tried everything on the website and it's still not working.
I've tried talking to an agent via WhatsApp and this still wasn't resolved over two hours later. I'm, understandably, I feel, at the end of my patience with this, and don't know what I've been paying for all these months when HP is going to make obtaining a replacement cartridge so difficult. The cartridge in question is almost a year old so failure isn't a huge shock - but how I've been fobbed off so far is!
How do I just get a replacement cartridge shipped so I can carry on using my printer?
