I actually have over 52 devices on my account. these devices are not authorized by me. I want to delete this account and create another. However, I'm not sure if i should create another account with the laptop I currently have. I've tried using the bot, to no avail. please help

Try this YouTube video: How to Remove a Printer from Your HP Smart Account this should help you to delete the printers that does not belong to you or the ones that not in use.
