Hi @Joe667,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It seems like your HP printer is configured to work with HP Instant Ink. I will need a few additional details to help you with this.

I request you to share all the details in a private message.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

• Registered email address and the serial number of the printer.

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

In the meantime, You may follow the generic steps:

Check Instant Ink Status:

  • Ensure that your HP Instant Ink subscription is active and that there are no issues with your account. You can check this by logging into your HP Instant Ink account on the official website.

Internet Connection:

  • Make sure that your printer is connected to the internet. HP Instant Ink relies on a stable internet connection for communication with the HP servers.

Update Firmware:

  • Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date. You can usually find firmware updates on the HP support website. Check your printer's manual for instructions on how to update the firmware.

Restart Printer:

  • Try turning off your printer, waiting for a few minutes, and then turning it back on. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.

Check Cartridges:

  • Make sure that the Instant Ink cartridges are properly installed in your printer. If there are any issues with the cartridges, the printer might display an error. Check for any messages or indicators on the printer's display related to the cartridges.

Take care and have a great day ahead!
