I recently received a shipment of ink for my 8630 printer. I had to remove serviceable ink cartridges to install the new ones so my printer would work properly. The Magenta cartridge was defective and shut the unit down. HP is holding ink subscribers hostage by making us buy their products to make our printers work. Isn't there a class action suit or some remedy available? I suspect HP is pushing out bad software to prevent the use of generic cartridges in printers that are privately owned. Has anyone else had similare experiencces?
