I have been requesting black ink and have not received any. Anytime i ask the virtual agent to send some, they say I have already used this option and should not need to receive more. I have looked at my ink account and have not received any since early last year. I have received color but not black ink. I have been buying ink from the store to hold me over until i can get in contact with someone from HP. Does anyone know who i can contact to have them send me more black ink (other than the virtual assistance)?

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen. For the US you can also find the number in the terms of service, it is listed near the top of this document just after the address: https://instantink.hpconnected.com/us/en/terms
Note that retail cartridges will not report ink level status to Instant Ink, you need to have the Instant Ink cartridge installed to trigger automatic shipment.
