Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! I recycled my blank cartridge and did not receive my shipment that was supposedly delivered in March. Now my printer does not have a black cartridge (only the color) and the InstantInk account cannot detect ink levels... but I need black ink! How do I request a new black cartridge?
