HP Recommended

My color ink is VERY LOW and i can't find any way to get a new cartridge. The virtual agent isn't helping either... 

They say "you'll get ink before you even run out of it" but it's false. I always struggle to get ink ...

Welcome to the HP Support-Community.

 

If HP didn't send a cartridge, you can order a new one manually. To do so, please have a look at this support document:

If the problem remains, please contact Instant Ink. This is the number:
