The program to order envelopes for returning ink cartridges will NOT accept my Canadian postal code, even though it indicates I am from Canada. How can I get these as it is impossible to talk to a live person?

Hey there! @Lucky641,

 

Do you have the return shipping paid by HP?

 

If yes, then please do return the ink cartridges to the address mentioned on the bag.

 

If you don't have the return shipping label you don't have to return the ink cartridges.

 

If you still like to return the ink cartridges. The only way you can return the ink cartridges is by ordering a recycling envelope.

You can order the ink cartridges by yourself. From the account page scroll down to Help Center and then click on Order a Cartridge Recycling Envelope
