Hello! My ink has run out but I have not received any replacement ink. Please can you help?

To help volunteers that reply to posts in the Community, please provide more details about your issue. Here are some recommendations of information that can help volunteers to better understand and provide support to your question:

- Exact model of your printer / Desktop/ notebook (if you need help, click here for information on how to find your model number model).
- Operating system (including revisions made with service packs, 32-bit or 64-bit, etc.)
- Connection method - USB, physical LAN, or wireless?
- Error messages - on the printer display and/or computer, any patterns for flashing lights.
- Any system changes before the problem starts (Example: Operating System Update, Software installation);

Are you enrolled in the Instant Ink program?  If so the ink should be shipped automatically well in advance, as long as the printer is connected to the internet so it can communicate with the Instant Ink servers.   You can check the shipment status in the document here which says:

 

Missing a shipment? Sign into your HP Instant Ink account, and then click HP Instant Ink 

 if it displays in the left menu. Click Shipment Tracking to track previous shipments and see an estimate of your next shipment date (based on current usage). You might have received your last shipment a while ago. If you looked around your workspace for misplaced packages and still cannot locate your shipment, go to HP Instant Ink support for assistance.
