Hi @sharonlee3,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To change the card details for your HP Instant Ink subscription, you will need to update your payment information through the HP Instant Ink website or by contacting HP customer support. Here's how you can do it.

  1. Online Account: a. Go to the HP Instant Ink website (https://instantink.hpconnected.com/). b. Log in to your Instant Ink account using your HP credentials. c. Once you're logged in, look for the "Account" or "My Account" section. The exact location may vary slightly based on the website's design. d. In the account settings, you should find an option to manage your payment information or update your payment details. Click on this option.

  2. Via HP Smart App (for mobile devices): If you have the HP Smart app installed on your mobile device, you may also be able to update your payment information there. Open the app, log in to your Instant Ink account, and look for a payment or account settings option.

Once you're in the payment details section, follow the prompts to enter your new credit card information, billing address, and any other required details. After updating your card details, be sure to verify and save the changes.

It's important to note that you should have the new card information on hand when making these changes, including the card number, expiration date, and the security code (usually found on the back of the card).

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
