I need to change the country of my HP Instant Ink account

Hello,

 

I had a HP Instant Ink subscription with a HP deskjet printer in Spain. I moved to Germany so I had to cancel my subscription. Now I want to restore it, for the same printer but in Germany. However, each time I try to log in hpinstantink.de it sends me back to the Spanish control panel, where I can only set a Spanish address for the printer.

 

How can I change the country of HP instant Ink? The only solution appears to be completely deleting my HP account (since nobody has provided me so far a working way to change the country settings) and register back the printer, then create a brand new account (losing all my registry, cases, devices etc. in the process). I don´t know how I can do this either, anyway (I mean, no clue on how can I delete my account).

 

The problem is that this is even preventing me to purchase a new HP printer in Germany since I doubt that I could register it even if it is a new one (unless, again, I create a different account with a different mail). I am sure there must be another solution to be able to keep my old account with just new country settings.

 

Can anyone help me?
